We recommend that you consume some form of small food items at least one hour prior to floating. Remember, the room is secure,and you have your own private shower, fresh towels and the upmost privacy in your float room. We feel it's important to not have any senses impacted while floating and the feeling of a tight or constraining bathing suit may distract you from true relaxation. If you shave 2 or 3 hours before using the tank, the shaved skin may sting for a few minutes because of the salt water. If you are a return guest arriving past your appointment or a new guest arriving less than 20 minutes prior to your appointment, we may need to offer you a shorter float or reschedule your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late so we can best accommodate you and the other guests. We understand that some things happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Float center full#
If you miss your appointment without giving any notice, your credit card will be charged as follows for float therapy: $74/84, the full 60/90 minute float price. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We request that you use a credit card to pay for your session as we are a cash-free facility. Your credit card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show. By scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to our Cancellation and No Show policies so please review and understand them. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. To ensure your desired appointment, a credit card is required to book your float appointment.
